I found the book in my mothers book shelf. It was like finding a bit of treasure in a place i always walk by and never noticed it.
I tried to find the cover of it online but noticed there are a bunch that didn't match. I know its not a watered down version of it (if there are any out there) because of its cover. It looks sort of like this.
WOW I LOVE IT!!! But It's fuckin' hard to read! I can seriously hover over one page for an hour and still wonder what the hell is going on!! Am I stupid or just illiterate?! I've never felt so dumb in my life reading this. I seriously need to be refreshed and alarm when i start to read because if not I'll get a headache. lol! Shut up.
It's just that it bothers me to keep reading when i don't understand something in a book so i HAVE to go back and reread. Its all about being in the moment so its important for me.
I blame it on my public school education. I'm seriously wishing i had a professor by my side to break it down for me lol!
Some parts, though, are WOW and I'm totally into it...hoping it doesn't get confusing again. I know this all came about because of the movies I've been watching with James in it and I've been wondering why i never payed much attention to Jane novels. My goal now is to read all her work. Funny how you're completely oblivious about certain subjects and things you never gave a time of day and it suddenly becomes bliss. I'm totally loving it right now. Jane was an interesting person yet i can relate to what she was thinking when writing the way she did. Certain little phrases i read tell me, yup, i totally get her. Now i can watch the movie again and savor it this time.
I promise this isn't a book report or an essay. lol!
I just wanted to say she's awsomeness and i can't believe I've been missing out on her. I have to carry a dictionary with me to read her shit but *shrug* ...whatever it takes.
Here's a quiz i took from a blog I found dedicated to her. I took the quiz and this is what came up.
I don't really agree with all of it, plus, who the hell is she?! lol. Whatevs, I'll find out eventually.
This is me getting smarter...and I'm PROUD! :-D
ps. don't know if this is real but hellz to the yes I'll be reading it next....in about two to five months. Depending how long this one takes me to finish.

My uncle showed me his books collection of Jane.
He has all her books but in english.
I felt tempted to read them but the english in her books its way too complicated for me, lool.
I mean, I could understand the book's meaning but not fully enjoy the beauty of the book.
That is why I plan to buy them all in Portuguese, lool.
Please N do tell when you finish reading...what you think about her writing, ok?
And yes yes...all this Jane sudden interest its all because of James.
But I was very touched with the story of her life. The way she and Tom had a brief romance and she never got married again. Tom named his first daughter Jane..... There is mistery around Jane herself.
But above all I love Jane because she was a sensitive and passionate person.
And I sure hope her books are too.
Mmmmmmmmm Mr. Lefroy
Btw, I did the quiz and my result was the same has yours, loool.
AWWWW you lucky ho!!! I WANT THAT COLLECTION!!!
I have to actually go out and buy books now. My library card is in my pretend wallet i used to have when i was little and I can't find now.
Her writing so far isn't bad at all. It's very clear 80 percent of the time. But sometimes it can get crazy.
Mmmmmmm, Mr Lefroy indeed....
I'm sooo picturing him as Mr. Darcy btw...*giggles*
You've JUST discovered that? Oh. My. God.
Nooooo silly ho! I alwasy knew about it, just never cared to read it cuz it was uncool to read and shit when i was young....or something like that. You know how it is...or not, because you prob got a better education then i got in public schools. lol!
