He announced it before he left work early to go set up for the big question and have an 'intimate night together' as he mentioned to everyone. I was like 'who the fuck says that?!' at my desk. This is just perfect. I was fine, seriously, I was. It's stupid. But when I came home and told my sisters, I suddenly i got a knot in my throat. Can you believe?! *rolls eyes* No, i didn't cry, cuz that would be even more stupid.
I was thinking (and what he mentioned was a total confirmation he's a clueless idiot), and maybe it wasn't him but the thought of him and the possibility, you know? Crushes don't come around often. I think this was the first that was in flesh and not on a webpage.
I'll be just fine in 2 to 3 days then I'm off to show my thumbs at the New Kids. (Great idea, K!)
Now if you'll excuse me...I'mma go press play on that one song I've had on repeat the whole day now and eat a whole tub of ice cream (if i had some. So don't worry, I'm safe.)
