Presidential Elections *fucking scared*

Tomorrow...tomorrow it's all coming to an end. *really scared*

But to add some humor to this horrid feeling i have inside, here's my first experience exercising my rights as a new voter. The day the ballots in Massachusetts almost crashed....all thanks to me. The story i never told a soul.

It was my first time voting at 18. I was a very confused child. Eyes and head moving at all directions, clutching my ID tightly to my hand, following my family in line. I grab the paper, walk to the ballot box and I take 15 minutes to figure out wtf I'm reading and what it all means. I turn the paper around in case there's instructions to this thing in the back...nothing. Shit. I finally find the circle i'm looking for and I vote hoping I filled in the correct line. I walk to the ballot machine with old people surrounding it and proceed to "insert facing down" the paper through one corner first...

I DIDN'T KNOW THE DAMN THING SUCKS IN THE PAPER, OK?! I DIDN'T KNOW!!!

Yes, it is sucking it in. Sucking the paper into the machine and i don't know what the fuck do to. Omg, O.M.G! It is sucking it from the corner and the paper is stuck! It all happened in a split second. Shocked, I look to the elderly and say "It's ok! I'll take it out!" while tugging at the paper. But nooo. Next thing i knew, i was being pushed (almost to the floor) by every elderly person in the room while yelling at me to get out of the way!!! "I can fix it!" I assure them again. They wave me off and proceed to tug away.

Finally, after a looong 10 seconds, the fucking paper gave way. Breathing hard, they all turn at once and gave me a good dirty look that certainly gave me a clue what they thought of me at that moment.

I turn around and there they were...my whole family standing by the door laughing at me. I can seriously say now I've fist fought with old people....and lost.
