Very weird but back in December I was browsing online through different design sites and found this random blog that held a competition for a poster design. All proceeds went to a charity called Calm. The poster would be made up of PMS colors (colors designers use for print work) with phrases describing the colors that are submitted by random people. Almost like little stories attached to a color. Kinda cute.
I didn't think anything of it so I submitted a couple with two diff names. I was really late because just this Thursday i checked an email i never use and read one from these guys letting people know the competition ended and to check if our names were chosen from a 1000 submittions. With my luck i knew i didn't have a chance but i looked anyway and there it was...my 4-letter-name! :-D YEY! I forget what i wrote though. But i guess that's the point of buying it. Best part is i was gonna close the file and read through all the names anyway and noticed "LadyN" was on there tooo!!! LOL! So effin cool! From 1000! Is that cheating? They'll never know it's the same person anyway. *shrug* Gosh if only i can get this lucky with the lottery or something more useful. Except this time i don't really get money i had to spend some...cuz of course i had to buy the damn poster for 10 Euros lol. Well there you go. I did my deed for the year — can't ever say i never gave to charity. LOL
Now I just wait for it to swim over and see what I wrote. Keep you posted.
