Me and my conscience:
What are all the things you worry about?
*Thinks--pin points and lists*
Now, think, what do you want more than anything?
sing, record, write
Ok, do all the things above have anything to do with what you just answered?
No..
Are they as important?
Prob not..
And what if you had all those things from above, would you be able accomplish the one thing that is important to you?
Not if I need to focus enough to make it work.
Then, you have your answer.
Do like that book title says, "Eat (smart), Pray, Love." Don't worry for things you can't handle or need right this very moment. You got an idea to fix your portfolio this morning and you smiled. Write for fun. And pray. Pray for that one thing that is important to you. It's about time it happens. You're not getting any younger. And it needs to happen. Everything else falls short in priority.
Now, go share this with your sister and ask her what she's mainly praying for right now. If she says what you think she will say, tell her she's got it wrong and ask her what I just asked you. I think she needs it.
But first, thank your friends and the comments for opening your eyes to your ridiculousness. They helped you see.
...go on.
Um... *sheepish*... Thank you girls, for your words. I needed them. It helped me see.
Good, now go listen to the bishop. He's saying exactly what you need to hear even though it'll hurt cuz it's true.
You can do this.

Thank you for helping me create my very own coping mechanism; I do it by learning from others what and how they cope and then I just make a ... errr... collage of strategies, feelings I am to expect and show in any given moment, positive thoughts, and possible outcomes.
The collage is still very far from being finished, ergo, I'm still a social, emotional, -insert a quality- retard.
But, hell, I'm working on it if nothing else.
Love you, baby! Rock that Church tonight! Lift the roof with your voice, or at least Bishops hat!
oh, you're welcome.
Seriously, I always need to be around peopel who relate to me. Probably because I complain a lot and like complain to friends so they can then be like "Yeah, I know what you're going through. It just makes sense to me because people "Get you".
so, you're welcome.
Though mine is wayyyy unfinished too.
lol i didn't didn't ding tonight. Haven't sang in church in forever. But I want to do it professionally. Tired of waiting. Though i think i'll be waiting a long while some more. but yeah.
ohhh life.
N, if you really have it in your heart, go for it and don't give up!
You could start to look for a music school where you could have singing lessons, it could help you meating new people that are in the music business and start making conections, you never know and you gotta start somewhere.
Just sing with joy and love!
