New Notebook

I bought a new notebook. My last one was from my graduation from Mass art. It lasted that long. I love it now because it has sooo many variety of moods in it. Drawings from random things and even conversations. I used it to write my inspired moments and thoughts that came to me. The best part is reading back...love to read back on them and realize how pathetic and romantic I wrote.

This time it continues. Its a nice notebook that cost me 18 bucks! But I don't want to treat it too gingerly (wow, look at that, a new word *points to self*...is smart). Cuz like Keri Smith's "Wreck this journal" she says one shouldn't have a journal if you won't do what you want with it...or wreck it.

There is beauty in the story telling of journals. The more you make it personal, the more it shines and feels organic (these were my words btw...I think like an artist too ;-) ). So this one is special notebook. but i'm not calling it a "journal". It's my everything notebook.

So i shall see how this one flows. I already started to make a cover for it and my sister laughed wen she saw it. It's things that i "love" listed around my name. *points to self again*...is a dork. But in the end, on the very last page it'll look like i finished a chapter of my life. *nods*
